New Zealand Mortgage Fund
Bancorp manages a New Zealand dollar mortgage portfolio. The fund issues NZD bonds backed by New Zealand residential mortgages. The fund only invests in first ranking mortgage securities with low loan to value ratios. The underlying property security and loan returns enable us to provide a secured bond with superior NZD interest rates to those banks. Our investment with New Zealand Property funds management and finance dates back over 15 years and we remain focused on good quality investment risk and appropriate returns.
