Sustainable Income Fund
The Sustainable Income Fund or “SIF” is a fund that focuses on investment in unlisted companies that have strong sustainable income generation and have an environmental basis.
SIF focuses on strong cash flow businesses enabling it to deliver an ongoing semi annual dividend yield to investors along with capital growth.
In mid 2010 we made our first investment which was the purchase of the Auckland Airbus business. Auckland Airbus provides the express and direct buss service between New Zealand’s gateway and largest domestic and international Airport and Auckland City. The Airbus fleet is one of the most modern in New Zealand and operates to Euro 6 Standards.
