Active Investor Plus Visa

In February 2025, Immigration New Zealand announced changed to the Active Investor Plus Visa that allows you to get permanent residence in New Zealand.
\n2025\u5e742\u6708\uff0c\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u5ba3\u5e03\u5bf9\u79ef\u6781\u6295\u8d44\u4eba\u5347\u7ea7\u7b7e\u8bc1\u653f\u7b56\u8fdb\u884c\u53d8\u66f4\uff0c\u6ee1\u8db3\u6761\u4ef6\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u6c38\u5c45\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n

From April 1 2025, changes to the Active Investor Plus Visa include the following
\n\u81ea2025\u5e744\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u79ef\u6781\u6295\u8d44\u4eba\u5347\u7ea7\u7b7e\u8bc1\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u53d8\u5316<\/p>\n

English language requirements will be removed
\n\u53d6\u6d88\u82f1\u8bed\u8bed\u8a00\u8981\u6c42<\/p>\n

There are two new categories, Growth & Balanced category
\n\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e24\u4e2a\u65b0\u7c7b\u522b\uff1a\u589e\u957f\u7c7b\u548c\u5e73\u8861\u7c7b<\/p>\n

Minimum investment amount is NZ$ 5million
\n\u6700\u4f4e\u6295\u8d44\u91d1\u989d\u4e3a500\u4e07\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u5143<\/p>\n

Minimum stay of 21days
\n\u6700\u5c11\u5c45\u4f4f21\u5929<\/p>\n

From 1 April 2025 there will be two acceptable investments categories.
\n\u4ece2025\u5e744\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7\u4e24\u79cd\u7c7b\u522b\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u3002<\/p>\n

Applicants under the Balanced Category may also invest in Growth Category investments.
