That\u2019s why we started YouOwn \u2013 New Zealand\u2019s first privately-funded organisation established to offer a co-ownership product for home ownership. We wanted to lend a helping hand to home buyers through a programme that\u2019s easy to understand and simple to engage with.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re driven by the desire to see New Zealanders shape happy and secure futures for their families. It\u2019s our aim to help you reach the goal of owning your own home one hundred percent. Our journey doesn\u2019t stop once you have your keys, we\u2019re with you throughout \u2013 helping you as you reach the five-year mark and beyond \u2013 as you work towards securing the whole home for yourself.<\/p>\n

YouOwn is independent of any builders, real estate agents and home loan lenders. We are a privately funded programme. That means there is no income cap or eligibility criteria specified by the government. We welcome everybody who\u2019s interested in co-ownership with us, but it\u2019s our philosophy to give preference to first home buyers.<\/p>\n
