Dwayne joined the Bancorp Treasury team in 2019. His role is to provide specialist treasury advice and financial market strategies to a broad portfolio of clients, building strong trusting relationships, as well as undertaking project work. Throughout his 30 year career, Dwayne has gained international experience and recognition working for major banks and corporate entities covering Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate Derivatives, Money Markets, Debt, Funding, Commodities and Trade Finance.

His inherent ability to interpret and analyse financial market information, providing direct and meaningful conversations within critical timeframes is an asset for Bancorp Treasury clients. This, combined with an ability to provide clear communication and analytical solutions, has enabled Dwayne to consistently add value and generate positive returns. Dwayne is a Certified Treasury Professional member of the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand (INFINZ).
