Most recently serving as Executive Director and Head of Sales for a major Australasian bank, James led teams that achieved repeated #1 rankings from Coalition Greenwich, reflecting market‑leading performance in execution, sales coverage, research capability, and relationship strength. His leadership is grounded in empowerment, accountability, and a commitment to disciplined risk management and integrity.
