Quan Dao joined Bancorp in 2026 after graduating with a BSc from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied Finance with a focus on Investments.

Quan’s work experience whilst at university includes working at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) in the Washington DC head office, management consulting at PwC and VPS Securities – Vietnam’s largest securities company by market share. He has experience in conducting cross-border investments into the US and New Zealand markets and managing alternative assets allocations.

Quan also supports philanthropic endeavors, most notably serving as CC Foundation Board Advisor in Vietnam which supports education and sustainable business programs as well as participating in fundraising for various other charitable projects.

Quan is originally from Hanoi, Vietnam. He is a native Vietnamese speaker and fluent in English.
