‐ Active Investor Plus Visa –

2025年2月、ニュージーランド移民局は永住権の取得が可能なニュージーランド投資家ビザ、Active Investor Plus Visa （ 投資家ビザ）の改正を発表しました。
2025年4月1日施行のActive Investor Plus Visa（投資家ビザ）の大きな改正点は以下の通りです。
－ 英語力証明の撤廃
－ Growth Category (グロースカテゴリー/成長型投資）とBalanced Category(バランスカテゴリー/バランス投資）の2つの新しいカテゴリー
‐ 最低投資額がNZ$5ミリオンからに
‐ 投資期間中の最低投資日数が21日間に
2025年4月1日より、2つの投資カテゴリーが追加されます。
以下の2つです：
1. Growth Category（グロースカテゴリー）
・マネージドファンド
・直接投資
2. Balanced Category（バランスカテゴリー）
・上場株式
・慈善事業
・不動産開発
・債券
バランスカテゴリーへ投資の方は、グロースカテゴリーへの投資も可能です。
